Scheduling Information
Our Patient Hours are:
- Monday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Tuesday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Wednesday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm
- Thursday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Friday phones are answered 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
At the time of your initial phone call, we will gather some basic information and schedule your first appointment as promptly as possible. In emergency situations, every attempt will be made to see you quickly.
Dental and medical history forms will be mailed to you, or you can fill them out on our website by clicking on Online Registration. By completing these forms in advance, you can easily and accurately record any medications you are taking. We will also contact your general dentist to obtain any x-rays that may help in your examination.
We ask our patients to respect our need for at least 48 hours notice for changes in appointments.
Our office can be reached for emergencies 24 hours through our answering service.
