If you have dental benefits, please bring your card or form to your initial visit. Please check your benefits booklet for your plan’s limitations.

Quality care is our number one priority. You will be presented with all up-to-date, cost effective treatment options available. We do not limit your options to what dental insurance allows. (For example, the use of the Perioscope). By providing optimal treatment, we are often able to reduce or eliminate the need for surgery or the need for repeat treatment down the road.

We are respectful of the cost of dental care and we will work with you to control those costs. We will gladly file all dental claims, where applicable, with your insurer on your behalf. We can also file a predetermination of benefits prior to any treatment to assess the benefits provided by your plan. Medical insurance and Medicare, as a general rule, do not cover periodontal or implant treatment.
